Our team combines project management, sales, trade coordination, 3D modelling, digital presentation and hands-on construction understanding to support homeowners with a clear and practical project journey. From interior design and custom joinery to renovation planning, rendering and project coordination, ANMORRA is built around clarity, communication and quality outcomes.

At ANMORRA Design & Build, our team brings together project management, technical knowledge, design understanding, cabinetry experience, sales guidance and trade coordination. We work closely with homeowners to understand their requirements, plan clearly and deliver practical design and build solutions with confidence.

Founder & Project Manager

Manthan Patel

Manthan leads project planning, client communication and project coordination at ANMORRA Design & Build. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Project Management from La Trobe University, completed a Professional Year program, and has also completed Certificate IV in Building and Construction.

With hands-on building industry experience, design knowledge and project management understanding, Manthan brings a structured and practical approach to residential projects. He also worked with Caterpillar Inc. for three years, where he gained valuable experience in design systems, technical processes, software and project-based work.

His role at ANMORRA is to understand each client's requirements, develop the project direction, coordinate with suppliers and trades, and make sure every detail is considered before and during the work. Manthan focuses on keeping the process clear, organised and realistic so clients feel confident from the first discussion through to project completion.

Director & Sales Head

Paresh Patel

Paresh supports ANMORRA as Director and Sales Head, bringing strong customer focus, technical understanding and broad building industry knowledge to the team. His experience helps clients understand suitable options for their home, project goals, material selections and service requirements.

With a practical and solution-focused approach, Paresh works closely with clients during the early stages of the project to understand their needs and guide them with confidence. His role is to connect the client's vision with the right ANMORRA service pathway, helping ensure each project starts with clear communication, realistic expectations and professional support.

Paresh's technical mindset and customer-first approach help the team maintain quality, clarity and trust throughout the project journey.

Digital Media & Trade Coordination Lead

Vinit Patel

Vinit supports ANMORRA through digital content creation, visual presentation, cabinetry knowledge and trade coordination. He is a Mechanical Engineer and has worked as a CNC programmer and cabinetry CNC operator, giving him strong practical understanding of cabinet manufacturing, design detailing and production processes.

He has also completed Certificate IV in Building and Construction, which supports his understanding of residential building standards, site processes and trade coordination. At ANMORRA, Vinit helps present projects through videos, progress updates and visual content, giving clients and future customers a clear view of the work, process and finished results.

Along with media and presentation work, Vinit assists with coordinating trades and supporting site workflow. His role helps connect the creative presentation side of the business with real on-site progress and practical project delivery.
